"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angles nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers,
neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that
is in Christ, Jesus our Lord.
Romans 8:38-39

    Prayer Changes Things

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
II Chronicles 7:14

Prayer

Gracious Lord, we intercede on behalf of your children this day for like the woman at the well we thirst for a life where we are loved and respected in the world.  May the living water that you offer quench our thirst even when we walk through the dessert and are overwhelmed by the storm.  May the living water fill our empty places and revitalize our ability to hear your voice and to see your presence all around us.  May the living water be our guide when we are lost, our courage when we are afraid, our strength when we are weak, and restore our joy when we are sad.  We thirst for your blessings...in the precious name of Jesus we pray.  Amen.

"We pray the Lord will be your guide"
